Business Development Manager – Intelligent Systems, Defence and Securit

Mission : 

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating in conjunction with the UK Head of Industry and Divisional Head of Sales for Intelligent Systems (ISY). The role will suit a highly motivated, experienced and effective BDM with previous experience of selling services and products within the defence and/or security industry. This is a full-time appointment and reports into the Intelligent Systems Divisional Head of Sales. 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
To develop a Defence and Security portfolio of business within UK; winning business in the range of £2-6m per annum. 
To support the Altran UK Head of Industry and ISY Head of Sales in developing and executing a comprehensive Defence and Security sales campaign strategy.
To contribute to the development and execution of the local ISY Division sales plan with the appropriate Global, Geo and Divisional support.
To develop a targeted Security offer to the market.

Profile : 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:

Specialist Skills
An extensive track record in a Defence and Security sales or business development role, including Cyber domain, demonstrating success in selling and pipeline development with key clients.
A comprehensive understanding of the Defence and Security sector.

An ability to set and review priorities.
Records and disseminates information in a timely, accurately and effective way.

Please note that as this role will incorporate extensive involvement in the UK defence industry, we can only accept applicants that are UK citizens and able to obtain SC clearance.
