What is the Energy Transition and Utilities Accelerate Programme
The Energy Transition & Utilities (ET&U) pathway of the Accelerate program is tailored for talented graduates who are passionate about helping clients navigate transformations in sectors such as Nuclear, Water, Energy Retail, Central Markets, Energy Networks, and Energy Transition. Our goal is to drive sustainable change by focusing on our clients' future needs and creating business value through innovative solutions.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:
The Institute (circa 3 months)
The ET&U Academy (circa 18 months)
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.
Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Energy Transition & Utilities Academy. Please refer to the relevant entry route webpage further details on team structure and information on alignment with your skills and interests.

Through to delivering workshops and collaboratively working in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.
What you will need
We are particularly interested to learn if you have experience or are interested in working in the industries we operate in and are keen to start a career in an environment where you can drive change.
Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:

At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually).
Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).
