What is the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Accelerate Programme Pathway?
The Analytics and AI (A&AI) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about data strategy, data science and data analytics. In A&AI, we develop and apply technical skills to help clients solve complex business challenges.
The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:
The Institute (circa 3 months)
The A&AI Academy (circa 18 months)
Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.
Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Analytics & AI Academy. Please refer to the relevant entry route webpage further details on team structure and information on alignment with your skills and interests.
The Focus of Your Role
As an Associate Consultant you will primarily learn to become a strong consultant, providing a wealth of knowledge and wide-ranging skills for your clients. You will build your core consulting skills through having early responsibility on interesting and challenging work that influences how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. There will also be opportunities to work on large scale transformation programmes, whereby you will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients. Finally, you will gain opportunities to help grow the business through a wide variety of internal projects which can further develop your skills and deepen your interests e.g., thought leadership, propositions, and event management.
