Our background
Operating since 2018, our background is in Lean methodologies with many of our consultants coming from Toyota, or directly through from healthcare, construction or manufacturing roles.
Our mission is simple; to help every organisation we work with achieve operational excellence. We want to be the UK’s most effective operational improvement consultancy, and to achieve this, we need the very best talent available.
Ideal candidate
Ideal candidates must have a background in Lean methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement. We have high standards in everything we do and each company that we work with to get the best possible outcomes and results.
We are looking for candidates who have expertise within the sectors of healthcare, manufacturing and construction, know the latest advancements within their industry and have a keen eye for detail, policy, process and people development.

Key skills
Our improvement consultants and coaches need to have the following skills:
- Strong background in Lean and continuous improvement
- Organised
- Able to work individually and in a team environment
- Have experience within one of the three main sectors
- Strong people and process skills and the ability to manage situations
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end project / programme management
- The passion for building strong relationships with our clients
