Bain & Company has recently appointed Tom De Waele as a partner in the firm’s Dubai office. De Waele has been at Bain & Company for more than a decade and specializes in the financial services sector.
Tom De Waele has worked his entire career for the global strategy consulting firm. Starting as an intern in the summer of 2002, he quickly grew up the ranks to Consultant, Case Team Leader, Manager, Principal and since recently Partner. He has experience with advising clients across all segments of the banking industry, including retail, corporate banking, asset management and capital markets. De Waele gained his Master in engineering from the University of Antwerp and an MBA at business school INSEAD.
Internally, De Waele oversees Bain’s Customer Strategy and Marketing Practice for the Middle East region with an emphasis on enhancing channel and customer experiences.
