Korn Ferry has picked up executive search expert Michael Mundy, who joins the firm from Odgers Berndtson, as senior partner. In his new role, Mundy will lead the firm’s Canadian Consumer and Retail Practice, based in Toronto, and is a member of the firm’s Global Consumer Practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mundy was a Partner and Managing Director at executive search firm, Odgers Berndtson, where he worked in, among others, the firm’s Consumer and Retail practice. Previous to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2009, Mundy worked at TSI Executive Search as a Managing Director from 2007. Earlier roles, with increasing seniority, were held by Mundy at Veredex, American Express and UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
Mundy holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree from Trent University, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Governors for Portage as a member of the Portage Ontario Board.
Korn Ferry announced that Mundy has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and is based at the firm’s Toronto office. In his new role, he will be a core member of its Global Consumer Practice, and will, in addition, lead the Canadian Consumer and Retail Practice.
