To gain an edge on the competition, as well as improve access to its services for current customers, the recently rebranded North Texas local bank, Dallas Capital Bank, has hired FIS to deliver a full range of digital and mobile banking solution for its customers.

Town North Bank was founded in 1972 and grew to be a modest local force in banking. In 2014, the bank; which had $593 million in assets, $383 million in deposits and a staff of 47, was acquired by Park Cities Financial Group. At the end of 2015, the name of the bank was changed to Dallas Capital Bank. Following the acquisition, the bank has taken on a direction that speaks to the times, seeking to create a wealth of digital solutions for clients through secure and integrated technology offerings.

As part of Dallas Capital Bank's mission to compete with larger institutions, it currently is the 47th largest in North Texas, the bank has hired FIS to deliver a set of digital and mobile banking solutions. The bank, which has a single branch at Centura Tower 1 along the Dallas North Tollway, thereby creates a swathe of additional channels through which its customers can access their finances. The technology provides customers with digital account origination to business and consumer digital and mobile access, as well as remote deposit to bill pay. The addition of the front-end digital and mobile services package for clients, is to be integrated with FIS’ backend core and payments systems.
