Ken Brewer has joined Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, an affiliate of professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), as a Senior Advisor. In his new role he will strength the firm’s international tax offering, providing clients with the knowledge required to solve the most complex international tax issues, such as the new intellectual property regulations, inversion rules and Base Erosion Profit Sharing (BEPS).

Ken Brewer joins Alvarez & Marsal Taxand from Big Four professional service firm Deloitte, where he was a Partner in the firm’s International Tax Services. During his many years at the firm, Brewer developed his expertise in tax implications of complex business arrangements and transactions. Brewer earned a BBA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a JD from the University of Miami (Coral Gables) School of Law. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
