Deloitte Digital and enterprise social technology Sprinklr have formed a strategic alliance to help clients focus on customer experience (CX). As part of the collaboration, Deloitte will offer Sprinklr’s platform to its clients, allowing them to build closer relationships with their customers.
Sprinklr is an enterprise social technology that is purpose-built for global brands to “drive business outcomes and manage customer experiences across all touch-points.” The integrated social media experience management software powers more than 4 billion social connections across 77 countries for more than 1,000 enterprise brands. Sprinklr was founded in 2009 and employs more than 900 employees globally, with its headquarter based in New York.
Deloitte Digital, the digital consulting agency within Deloitte Consulting, creates digital experiences for the ‘connected enterprise’. Its team delivers strategy, mobile, social, web, cloud and digital content management solutions helps its clients strengthen their brands and evolve their businesses.
The alliance, which builds on more than 12 months of collaboration and product enablement, combines Sprinklr’s technology with Deloitte Digital’s sector knowledge, global footprint and practices to deliver and improve customer experience management and social business strategy to clients around the world. As part of the deal, Deloitte Digital will run the Sprinklr platform for its clients, enabling them to connect more closely with their customers to bring the customer voice into key strategic business.
