Towers Watson has appointed Angel Hoover as Practice Leader Talent Management and Organisational Alignment for the EMEA region. In her new role Hoover is responsible for the further expansion of the practice in the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Angel Hoover has been with Towers Watson in Chicago since 2008 and has extensive experience in the consulting industry. We see that topics such as leadership effectiveness, human capital analytics and IT investments are growing up the management agenda of HR leaders globally. I look forward to further optimising our solutions in the field and contributing to the growth of the EMEA region”, comments Hoover.
Globally Towers Watson has 16.000 professionals, the Dutch practice has 400 employees on the payroll.
