CX Group, a consulting firm specialised in customer experience advisory, has acquired Singapore-based ECCA Consulting. With the addition, CX Group boosts its footprint in South-East Asia.
The Customer Experience Group (CX Group) help businesses develop knowledge, attentiveness and speed in their communication with customers to reduce customer churn and increase customer referrals. The company owns CXQuest, a CX solution platform that is used by companies globally.
The firm already has a client base in Asia, however it to date lacked an on-the-ground presence. In line with its growth ambition in the region, CX Group has purchased ECCA Consulting, a Singapore-based counterpart. Similar to CX Group, ECCA supports companies with developing and implementing a customer experience strategy, as well as building more customer centric organisations. ECCA Consulting serves customers across South East Asia and in China.
Through the acquisition CX Group aims to scale its ability to better serve its customers with consulting and outsourcing services. “ECCA has a proven track record in delivering great results for its customers across Asia. The appetite for higher standard of customer service is growing rapidly. We are very proud to have them join the CX Group and are happy that we can service our existing and new customer with a stronger team and a wider range of services” comments Paul Chirdaris, COO of CX Group.
Eng Hock Chong, Managing Director of ECCA Consulting, adds: “We are very happy about joining the CX Group and look forward to take a broader, combined solution spectrum to our client base and to the Asian market. The CXQuest platform is a great way to harness customer Experience best practices and will help us accelerate our growth even further in Asia”. As part of the deal, Hock Chong will join CX Group as Vice President for the Asia Pacific region.
