RSM has expanded its Spring Park House office in Basingstoke, with the addition of a new wing sized 4,719 square feet. The space will be situated on the same floor, and will primarily be used for client meetings and to host large scale seminars and business events. The firm celebrated the addition with a networking event, which was attended by local dignitaries including the new Major of Basingstoke and Deane, Councillor Paul Frankum.

Spring Park House in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is a refurbished office space totalling 26,546 square feet, two floor building. The east wing of the second floor, which covers 5,184 square feet, was leased in 2010 for the following decade by Baker Tilly, the UK consultancy which rebranded as RSM in 2015. Today it remains in the hands of RSM – which is the largest professional services firm in the North Hampshire.

With the original lease now 70% of the way through, the firm recently signalled its intent to extend its stay, announcing that RSM was also to take up residency in the west wing of the second floor of Spring Park House, boosting its presence in the building by 4,719 square feet. The office space, which almost doubles the firm’s presence in the building, will initially be used for meeting rooms for clients, as well as host large scale seminars and business events.
