Booz Allen Hamilton has picked up cybersecurity expert Brad Maiorino as an Executive Vice President and President of the firm’s commercial business. He joins the firm from Target, where he was a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, and is tasked with supporting Booz Allen’s cybersecurity proposition in a time of continued insecurity.
Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Brad Maiorino worked at Target as a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. Earlier in his career he was the Chief Information Security Officer at General Motors; Chief Information Security Officer at General Electric; IT Leader at IBM Global Services; Network Engineer at Datalan; and Programmer Analyst at Deloitte.
Maiorino holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Computer Studies from Pace University. He has held a number of Directorship roles, including at Retail Cyber Intelligence Sharing Center, and at Onapsis, where he was responsible for guiding the firm’s business and technology strategy.
Maiorino joins consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton as an Executive Vice President and President of the firm’s commercial business. In the role, Maiorino takes responsibility for supporting the firm’s clients confront the current – and increasingly costly – cybersecurity risks, with cyber-, information- and risk management solutions. The new role sees Maiorino report to the leader of the firm’s US commercial business, Bill Phelps.
