Korn Ferry Futurestep has opened a new European Talent Delivery Centre based in Manchester. The new centre, its eighth globally, provides clients with a range of services, from HR advisory and technology implementation to senior level recruitment.

Korn Ferry Futurestep is an executive recruiting service for management professionals. The division was created in 1998, and has since grown to a practice of more than 1,200 Futurestep professionals working out of 150 offices in 52 countries.

The division, which operates throughout Europe, until recently operated from one office in the UK, situated in London. The new announcement will see the firm open a new European Talent Delivery Centre based in Manchester, UK – the eighth such centre globally. Other major Futurestep centres include Texas, Buenos Aires, Warsaw, Bangalore, Manila, Shanghai and Auckland.

The new centre is focused on delivering excellence in high volume, professional and senior level hires, bolstering the firm’s European presence further. Services to clients include technology infrastructure, research, sourcing and end-to-end recruiting resources, plus best-practice HR processes, which together provide a background for the firm’s global service delivery model.

Jonathan Brown, Managing Director, Talent Acquisition Solutions EMEA, says that the firm’s Talent Delivery Centres around the world are a “critical and valued part of the Futurestep infrastructure”. He adds, “The capabilities and expertise collated in these centres allow us to provide sophisticated, flexible and efficient recruitment solutions that deliver real impact to our clients. The Manchester centre supports our other delivery centres in reinforcing the truly global recruitment capability that drives Futurestep’s leadership in its industry.”

Kay Cooper Vice President at Futurestep, adds that the Manchester Talent Delivery Centre will play a “key role” in the firm’s ability to deliver solutions to clients in the UK and throughout the European region. “With a continuing strong demand for talent across Europe, this opening not only strengthens our services and capabilities in Europe, but also caters to our present and future clients’ need for relevant resources and expertise,” he comments.

Futurestep, which recently was recognised as the number one Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider in Baker’s Dozen list, is currently seeking recruitment consultants and wider staff to setup and grow the new Manchester hub.

Last month Korn Ferry Futurestep launched a dedicated Credit Union and Community Banking arm.
