You'll work as part of a team of industry technology specialists providing consulting services to top tier financial services institutions, so you'll quickly build upon your existing industry knowledge to become an expert in your field.
The projects you'll work on will be complex and challenging, focusing on the technology strategy and systems of large financial services firms. Benefiting from early client exposure and working with and learning from some of the top practitioners in our field, you'll develop quickly, add real value and build credibility in the industry from an early stage thus increasing your own marketability.
Generally, we would like individuals to have a desire and passion to work for a large consultancy focussing on the financial services industry. In addition, we would expect a strong academic background, can do attitude and have the flexibility to travel to client site at short notice.

Our Technology Captial Markets teams are broken down into the following categories and as an individual joining the firm, we would expect that you have experience in one of these areas:
Architecture & Analysis
Understanding of common architecture frameworks
Understanding of Key Vendor solutions
Exposure to IT Strategy formulation and roadmap definition
Clear ability to articulate business requirements to technical audience
A depth of business experience which is transferable to our client's concerns
Exposure to reference data management within Capital Markets
Understanding of key issues within information management
Experience with major data platforms and data management tools
Infrastructure & Effectiveness
Exposure to key programmes within Infrastructure and Operations
Ability to leverage experience to date within a Consulting Offering
Delivery & Development
Ability to programme with key industry languages
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
Key Software Delivery Lifecycle Experience
Technical Specification and Unit Test Definition and Execution

Consulting pathway ? pathway based around developing a broad consulting skillset alongside building expertise in a specific domain
Consulting Solutions pathway ? pathway where there is greater focus on building skills and deep expertise in a specific domain. Practitioners have a narrow focus, determined by their SME and type of contribution made
Consulting Services pathway ? pathway for people whose career is built around the delivery of managed services to clients (either internal or external)
