We are currently seeking an Issue Resolution Consultant who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture – an employer that enables you to make a real difference.

As an Issue Resolution Consultant you will be responsible for Project Management Reporting and analysis across all the stages of Issue Resolution including Time, Savings and Productivity.

Operational Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and maintaining a Performance Management system, metrics and performance measures
  • Update Issue Resolution Leads on Issue Resolution Performance
  • Using project data to provide insights on exceptions and delays against targets and KPIs
  • Using insights from the analysis of project status data to drive actions across various projects, with the client
  • Working closely with the Delivery Team in India including the Issue Resolution, Parts Return Team
  • Working in a team responsible for developing action plans for alerts, ad hoc actions and Changes in Issue Resolution Process raised by the client, mutually agreed by Accenture or the ones suggested by Accenture
  • Delivering a roll-out process
  • Developing templates for communication to the client and capturing data for each stage of the project

The key skills and experience we are looking for in this role are:

Technical Skills

  • Experience in reporting insights to Executive Level Team
  • Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Problem solving skills

 Required Experience

  • Experience in the Automotive, Heavy Equipment or Consumer Durables industry
  • Experience in managing after-sales service chain in warranty, reliability and product quality
