We are growing our team across UK Financial Services, and are looking for a technology professional with a proven background in systems delivery. Accenture have a number of roles available for people with a background in development, design, delivery, or implementation of systems within Financial Services. The FS Robotics Technology Consulting Manager plays a critical role in helping Accenture's clients go through their transformation journey and this person will operate alongside Business and IT stakeholders to understand relevant business and technology needs and drive successful delivery.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Program Advisory Services
  • RPA/ Solution architecture studies
  • Program Review, Diagnostics and Recovery Planning
  • Program Management
  • Business and program case management
  • Leading and managing transformational programs
  • Technology & Digital centric application architecture planning & delivery enablement
  • Multi-Speed IT considerations, evaluation and implementation
  • Solution Transformation Analysis, Design and Implementation Planning
  • Implementation Planning and Change Management

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Deep knowledge of Robotics process automation Technology and deployment
  • Knowledge of development and testing with deep exposure to agile methodologies
  • Systems design (functional and technical)
  • Software Product Delivery lead/management
  • Project/programme Management (ITIL and PMP Certification) with technology background
  • The ability and experience to work with C-suite executives throughout the project life cycle
  • Creation & implementation of test strategies, approach and plans - all testing phases (integration, functional and non-functional testing, technical testing End to End, UAT etc.)
  • Solution & Technical architecture for FS systems 
  • Experience of managing lifecycle of products through Support and Change management
  • Consulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environment

What academic qualifications do you need?

  • Undergraduate University degree (2:1) or equivalent: Preferably from a Technical/ Engineering background e.g. Computer Science
  • Certifications: Minimum one or more (CSM, CSTM, ISTQB)
