WHAT WE SEEK:
A.T. Kearney Associates are creative problem solvers. They are analytically strong, self-directed, team-oriented individuals who thrive on challenge. In addition they have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adapt easily to new cultures and are strong group facilitators as well as capable future leaders.
When we assess candidates we look for curiosity, a passion for continuous learning and a readiness to push into the unknown. That means being entrepreneurial, taking the initiative and aiming to make a difference, not just theoretically but in the real world. Perhaps, most importantly, we’re looking for candidates who want to work alongside clients as it is collaboration that achieves the real results!
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of four years relevant full-time work experience and a strong record of career achievement to date. We value proven achievers with excellent academic backgrounds. Experience working in Europe and fluency in a second European language is also an advantage.
To enlarge your consulting knowledge and potential, A.T. Kearney offers training programmes that address your development needs at each stage in your career. New Associates participate in the week-long New Consultant Orientation programme to learn the fundamental concepts and methodologies used by practicing consultants. In addition there are regular opportunities for Associates to take part in specialized training designed to hone their understanding of industries, processes, and products. All training activities are designed specifically to build the increasingly complex skill set required for career advancement.
