We have ambitious plans to grow our Borders and Immigration team and are seeking a Senior Consultant, Director or Partner to spearhead this challenging new phase. We are looking for a talented individual with experience of delivering consulting in this sector with a desire to help grow our client base and business.
Our senior team members are responsible for the devising, organising, and implementing high scale projects that are very complex in nature. You will have strong experience delivering complex projects and programmes within Borders and Immigration and be a highly regarded thought leader in this area.
The right applicant will have:
- A strong presence and reputation already in Borders and Immigration and, know the issues and challenges currently facing that sector
- A strong network and excellent client relationship management skills
- Ambition and be excited by the opportunity to take ownership of an account area and grow it significantly
- Strong team leadership qualities and be willing to work with the existing team
- The ability to successfully build relationships with key clients and deliver on sales targets within a consulting environment.
